Local24Seven provides a low-cost suite of business trading tools supported by contact management and comms functionality for secure procurement, communication, trading and business network building with contacts invited by the user. It provides the facility to get and give quotations or publish tender documents for response, promote products and services, establish collaborations, source and manage suppliers, exchange documents, send newsletters, host private online discussions, access support and much more. L247 users invite their existing and new contacts to join them in their private network using the invitation service provided as this will automatically add invitees that accept to their contact lists. All users can of course decline an invitation and block unwelcome contact from another user if they wish.
Q: In what sense is my network private?
A: Every account has a "shop window" (apart from members of the public who remain anonymous unless they choose to share their details) When members create their shop window (and manage via the "Update" menus) they determine who can "see" them on the system by selecting whether they serve the commercial, domestic or both markets and by choosing the sectors and subsectors they wish to interract with. Members also choose who to invite into their private network and control who can participate in discussions, be asked to quote etc. Multiple users within the same organisation can share access to an account providing the primary user grants them permission.
Q: If the network is for local businesses, what do I do with my national contacts?
A: All business users can "Join other networks in the family" to instantly extend their reach to other geographial areas where they have business interests but everything is managed from the users' home network.

Every supplier has the option to complete online PQQs and upload the supporting documentation - which will only be visible to network buyers - not their competitors.
